Soldier Creek Winery is located in the southern-most Morton building on our family farm. The Entrance to the winery is on the southwest corner, under the awning, next to the patio. Soldier Creek Winery is committed to making a difference in the communities where our employees live and work. We are proud to support a variety of non-profit organizations, charitable foundations, community events and scholarships. Because of the number of deserving requests we receive each year, our company is focused on supporting organizations in Webster County. In order to help as many organizations as possible, we appreciate you limiting your requests to one (1) monetary donation request per year. To best manage our contributions in an equitable and efficient manner, all requests must be submitted via the form at the right a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your event date. We request you limit your request to one (1) consolidated product donation request per year. Please note, all donations must be picked up at our location. We are unable to ship product donations. We look forward to receiving your donation requests. Soldier Creek Winery is unable to support the following:
-organizations that are not registered charitable organizations with nonprofit tax status
-charitable trusts
-lobbying or activist groups
-private foundations or clubs
-individuals
-individual k-12 schools
-solicitation to advertise
NOTE: Grant applications undergo a thorough evaluation process, which includes assessing the organization's reputation and its adherence to the eligibility criteria listed here. Our live music schedule is as follows: Fridays, year round: 6-8PM & Sundays, every other Sunday, Memorial Day weekend through the end of September: 3-5PM. During the Summer months, plan to perform outside. Performances will be moved inside if there is inclement weather. In the Fall, Winter, and Spring months- expect to perform inside.

We hold occasional pop-up markets during Mimosa Saturdays (once a month). Mimosa Saturdays are on select Saturdays from 10am-1pm. Dates are not set in stone, but we'd love to have your information on file in order to contact you to attend! Mimosa Saturday markets are typically held indoors.
Through the year we will also hold occasional larger markets. These markets are typically held outdoors, weather permitting. Vendors are responsible for:
-a pop up tent, sides recommended but not required
-tables, chairs, and any display furniture that you require
-vendor fee (if applicable)
-marketing the event with provided graphics
-food, snacks, etc that the vendor might require through the day.
