Sips & Stems is a DIY Wine Bottle Floral Arrangement Workshop. You can choose between a Basic Arrangement (front facing, tie-on piece) $25 + price of wine; or a Deluxe Arrangement (360-degree florals around the top of the wine bottle) $65 + price of wine.
